Refund policy
Standard Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this a return request may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. You will also need to be the person who purchased the item.

Please include in the email the items you would like to return and your order number.
If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage. The original postage cost will not be refunded unless the item is faulty, see below for faulty items.
Faulty Items
Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on mystery bags or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply start a return for the item you no longer want and then place a new order for the new item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the item has not been sent back in a suitable condition, the refund will, unfortunately, not be processed. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
